We have told this stupid moron more times than I can count that, when reversing charges from days other than today: DO NOT FUCKING REVERSE THE PAYMENTS. She does it because She Is A Moron. It is THAT simple.

ARGH SHE IS AT IT AGAIN TODAY. I'm sitting there, with three charts in my pile, waiting for me to do shit with them, and I grab some papers from the ONE CHART that she had, look them over, and put them back on her desk. And she has the freaking gall to say "You didn't put these in?" as though I should have done so.

Not to mention the underage girl who couldn't get EC over the counter, she doesn't even OFFER to get her in for a prescription (which is what you're fucking supposed to do, since we're all about PLANNING of the PARENTHOOD and preventing pregnancy in people who don't want to be pregnant. IF YOU COULD MANAGE THAT, IT WOULD BE SO NICE.

I don't think we have any of that stuff. Besides, they'd notice if I were looking for medications, since I have no idea where anything but birth control pills are kept.
